After market Safey Plunger for all Glock gen 3-4.  Only 45 acp models.
 
This part is made to tighter tolerances than oem standards.  It is also made with heat treated Medical Grade stainless.  The surface finishes are far better than the stock part, which smooths up the trigger pull.
